These hummers really mean business when they are protecting their turf.This one came back to the roost after a dramatic air battle with another.I didn't see what he did to his foe.

great capture also. ours were really chasing each other too, but then the courtship dives were happening, so it was a bit confusing. But hubby said he saw 3 at one point, so maybe 2 were fighting and one was the female.

Wow! That's quite dramatic. I've heard how territorial hummers are - great capture.
