Hi Leslie, no, Oddey isn't ours. He is a permanent resident at the Orphan Wildlife facility near here. They had the annual Open House last w/end, so we went there and got some of these images.

thanks to all for the nice comments about Oddey :) -- Janice, Mary, Marsha Sea and Lorraine. glad you like it. He was very entertaining and love-able. Mary, yes, I noticed that line down the front of Oddey's face, - it seems to be where the furry feathers meet, from either side of his face, to form a sort of "part" :)

Nice capture Alandra. You even caught the catch light in the eyes. I see your photo has the same marking down along the beak that my photo of the barn owl has. They are so pretty with the heart shaped outline around the face.
