As I was getting these things down from the ceiling one of the cones fell out and a barb conected with my shoulder, the only good thing was when they hit the floor seeds fell out also.

Thankyou Alandra for looking in, Did it hurt alright, was swollen up quite nasty last night, but surprising is much better today, it will heal, I'm glad its healing as I was dreading having to go to the Dr and having to say I was hit by a pine cone. our pine cones are on 1/4 the size of these.

great macro of the cone, and I bet that did hurt, Lorraine, as they can be very sharp.
