Guest - Jun 12, 2007 06:27 PM EDT Thankyou Bernie, Ive given the pattern to Tania so you never know you might see it some time soon made up, I am glad you like it though.
Guest - Jun 12, 2007 06:45 AM EDT Thanks lorraine, but Tania and GAV are the knitter in the family :) I have neither the creativity or the patience :)
Guest - Jun 12, 2007 06:37 AM EDT Thankyou Bernie, really, I am not a knitter, but I just loved this pattern so much I was going to learn one way or another, it's a great winter pattern for when you can't get out side, if you want the pattern I'm more than happy to send it on to you.
Guest - Jun 12, 2007 06:24 AM EDT Oh so modest Lorraine. It is beautiful!!! I could have knitted this aswell - except my version would have a few more (unplanned) holes!
Guest - Jun 04, 2007 03:42 AM EDT Thankyou Golda for looking in, it's not that hard a pattern, I'm not a knitter at all and I managed to catch onto the pattern no prob's.
Guest - Jun 04, 2007 02:53 AM EDT Wow,what beautiful work.Quite an intricate pattern.

Guest - Jun 03, 2007 09:27 AM EDT I think it would be a great idea to do so!, its like a frame: its a lovely work. Thanks for sharing.
Guest - Jun 02, 2007 08:17 PM EDT Thankyou Mary for looking in and the kind comments, I knitted the white thinking I would have no trouble getting more white wool, that was a mistake, so I brought lemon to finish the last section with, which suited this baby as she is quite dark and looked lovely in lemon, it quite a simple pattern.
Guest - Jun 02, 2007 08:08 PM EDT It looks like a beautiful pattern Lorraine and very nice work. Did you knit it in white and off white or is the lighting showing two shades?
