Mama raccoon asleep atop the holly tree in our backyard, baby with one paw on mama. He's just spotted me at the open window here, so is a bit afraid. There were 2 babies with the mama atop the tree today, she had 3 before, not sure where the 3rd baby was today.
too bad the clematis vine tendrils are in the way, guess I could clone part of them out, but the baby's whiskers would be gone if I did much cloning.

Hi Lorraine, no, this is a mama who has or had 3 babies (only saw 2 of them yesterday atop the tree with her. The other little one, belonging to the blind mama raccoon, went missing over a week ago and hasn't been seen since. I don't know what became of the poor little fella/gal. Sad
