About This Image

baby raccoon on tree branch, with mama close beside baby. This is the baby that had blood on it's neck, and there's some blood on mama's whiskers where she was tending the baby. There was more blood on her face but I removed it before realizing what it was. thought the lighting was playing tricks with the lens : ) - the blood is more visible on baby in another image.
find it a bit hard to capture these shots in the dappled lighting under the trees in the backyard. Took lots but not many turned out that well.
