Lovely shot! Given that the Tour Eiffel is on the left of the river, you must have been looking west and this is thus a sunset rather than a sunrise shot. I think if you'd waited just a few minutes to let the sun sink a little lower, you might have been able to capture better colours with less "burning out" where the sun itself is. But this is still a very evocative image.
