Thanks Steve, Carol, Don and Alex for your nice comments. Actually I used a med. aperture and was maybe 5 " from the apple in macro mode.

Great shot! You seem to have managed to get remarkable DoF given how close you were - a very small aperture, I assume? Wonderful colour.
