For train buffs, Steamtown national Historic Site is a feast of restored and unrestored steam and diesel engines. We returned for a second day of exploring the premesis, including an electric trolley ride. As we debarked, this unrestored engine caught my eye. The bright, vivid colors of they day were too defined for the way I wanted to portray this beautiful engine. I opted to give it a more antiqued look while still retaining subtle color.
