This underfed drake has lost most of one leg, probably to a snapping turtle_There's a lot of them in this lake. The poor guy looks starved and beaten up, so we decided to feed him.

poor drake! nice of you to feed him, - we'd do the same if we lived there and saw he was in need of help. Could the "Wildlife People" help at all, - or would they just put him down? hard to know what the best plan is.
