About This Image

I have done many shooting assignments and one of the most difficult is high school basketball. You need the right camera, a very fast lens, and a flash . . . in most situations. Stopping the action is not likely using a consumer quality digital. This was taken with a Canon D1 Mark III, 70mm-200mm L-series lens, a Canon 580X II flash and a Softbox. Not one of my favorite venues, but always a challenge.
