This was originally an acceptable photograph on its own but became this very odd rendition whilst I played with Photoshop...I didn't throw it away and recently had it printed as a 10" x 12" print on Fuji Archive Crystal Paper - and for me, at least, it worked! Although quickly relegated by my family to my office instead of the lounge...it is still a striking picture...again...to me. What do you reckon? Have I really lost the plot?

I really like it. noticed it as soon as I checked in here. very good. love the vivid red petals and the way there is "movement" in them.(wondering how you achieved that) and love the way the background goes from blue to the great mauvey shade towards the bottom corner.
