thankyou, Karen and Gary. am very grateful to have these ancient photos. Gary, yes, I think this one was taken at a studio as there is writing in the lower R corner, but haven't been able to see what it is, yet. It's too bad their dresses were a pale colour, as the detail would show up more had they been darker. but despite that, it's good to have this.
